Click to Confirm
Select RIM details using lookup
Select an RIM by double clicking on a row / record
Select the Service Type from drop-down list
Click on Submit
Click on view Icon to view the details
Enter Contact Number in Text Box
Enter Valid EmailId in Text Box
Enter Best Time for Contact you in Text Box
Enter What you want to modify in Text Box
